Once you have signed into the agency portal on the left hand side tabs you can either select "Counselor Clients" or "Unassigned Clients" and you will be able to select "Add Clients" at the top right of the page (see first image below). This will prompt you to enter the clients Email address and create a password. Once the client has a username and password they will now have the option to access your web-facing portal to complete the remaining tasks on their own time, or you can continue gathering the basic information, upload the NSLDS and complete the questionnaire. You can enter as much information as needed and exit and have the client enter to the web-facing portal to enter the remaining information. For example, you can set up their username and password, gather their basic information including AGI, monthly income and family size then exit and have them enter to complete the upload of their NSLDS and answer questionnaire. 


Important Message: If you are setting up a client and completing on their behalf  the basic information, upload of the NSLDS and the questionnaire then once the questionnaire is completed you will see an option to Purchase. Since Merchant Services have not yet been integrated if you select "Purchase" you will be directed out of the system to the web-facing portal where you can select "Complete Purchase" and are moved over into the option dashboard that a client would see in a "direct to consumer" platform. If a PDF is created from the web-facing "direct to consumer " portal it will include all options available and you are not able to pair loans with specific solutions. Therefore, once you have completed the questionnaire you will want to select on the left hand side of the screen the tab labeled "Unassigned Clients."  You will now be able to assign a client to a counselor and view the solution dashboard for the client where you can select specific solutions for each loan and create a unique client action plan.
