You are able to manage a clients data by selecting the "eye" icon located in the last column of that clients information either under Counselor Clients or Unassigned Clients. To create an action plan you will select the "eye" icon (first image below) which will bring you to the clients data including the clients eligible loan solutions. Next to each solution there is a (+) icon which when selected will bring a drop down of the eligible loans that can be paired with that solution. When you have reviewed all the options you can select the loans under the desired solution. TIP: Each loan can only have one solution, therefore, if you select a loan under one solution then select that same loan under another solution a message will appear letting you know that the loan has been selected for another solution and now has been deselected from the first solution. When you have selected all the desired solutions for the loans you can now create the PDF for the action plan. At the top of the Solution section you can select the "Disk" Icon which will save all your chosen solutions. (second image below) Once the solutions have been saved a "PDF" icon will appear to the right of the "disk" icon and you can select the "PDF" icon to create the customized action plan (third image below).
