The Agency Admin will have the ability to enroll counselors for their agency. The Agent Admin will log in to the Dashboard Homescreen. On the Dashboard Homescreen there are tabs running down the left hand side. The Admin will select the tab labeled "Counselors." At the top of the Counselor Home Screen there is a button "Add Counselor." Select "Add Counselor" to begin enrolling your counselor. The agent will add their Last Name, First Name, Contact Phone Number and Email Address. Once the fields are populated the Agent will select "Create" button. This will add that counselor to the system. The counselor will receive an email once they have been added to the system which provides them with a the link to log in to the system and a temporary password. This email also confirms that the email put into the system is valid. When the counselor receives the email and logs in for the first time they will be able to create their permanent password.
